C# is a language that Microsoft developed to facilitate programming under their .NET framework. This SIG focuses on showing how to program desktop and web applications using the new .NET technology.
The C# language is a descendant of C and C++, and also has a strong similarity to Java. Since Microsoft has begun incorporating .NET functionality in its newest operating systems and applications, C# and other .NET-aware languages will be the languages of choice when developing in Windows.

The Ham Radio SIG is a small group for the discussion of interfacing and using computers in all phases of today's Amateur Radio Operations including Amateur Radio Satellite operations.
