    1. Motion to accept results as reported by the Elections Committee
      1. Reduce number of board members from 23 to 15. PASS
      2. Remove outdated references to Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act. PASS
      3. Add provision to remove members who violate HAL-PC bylaws. PASS
      4. Remove Membership Secretary position which is performed by office staff and computer systems. FAIL
      5. Reduce size of Executive Committee by removing the two non-officer positions. FAIL
      6. Replace references to "Bulletin Board Committee" with "HALNet Committee". PASS
      7. Remove requirement for board members to also serve on committees. FAIL
      8. Make use of Robert's Rules optional for all HAL-PC meetings. FAIL
      9. Allow qualified members to perform financial audits instead of only outside firms. FAIL
  6. Rick Archibald - We need to formally remove him from the board.
  7. Other business.
